The recently initiated Stimulus Bill, officially known as the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 was set into motion on February 17, 2009. The bill broadens and adjusts tax credits for products that meet the requirements established by the Energy Tax Policy Act (EPAct) of 2005.
